TC Fitness (TCF) Boot Camp will give you one the best full body workouts around. TCF Boot Camp classes are a 1 hour total body workout, including sports training, athletic drills, obstacle courses, and sculpting exercises optimized for fat blasting results. I offer personal boot camp style training programs for small groups. Boot Camp programs can be personalized to your needs. I will assist you with the motivation as well as the training! Your initial consultation to discuss your needs, goals, fitness, and injury history is complimentary.

Saturday Boot camp Class is at Reynier Park
Location: 2803 Reynier Ave LA, CA 90034
We meet on the basketball court.
Time: 8:00 am - 9:00 am
What you should bring:
-Workout clothes (please consider the weather)
-Good running shoes
-Thick workout/yoga mat
*Be on time with a good attitude!*
*I will assist you with the motivation as well as the training!*
If you have had a serious injury please seek the advice of your physician prior to participating in boot camp.
-Does your doctor say you have a heart condition?
-Should you only do physical activity recommended by a doctor?
-Do you feel pain in your chest during physical activity?
-Do you lose your balance because of dizziness or do you sometimes lose consciousness?
-Do you have a bone/joint problem that could be worsened by a change in physical activity?
-Are you currently taking any medication prescribed by your doctor for blood pressure, heart disease or diabetes?
-Have you had any surgeries within the last 12 months?
*These questions must be answered before anyone can participate in any TCF program.
